I believe this is the end...
Found out I have a blown headgasket. Not sure which side. But there is lots of milky goodness under the cap. Thinking once I get it replaced I am going to put her back on the market.

Not saying it isn't possible, but this is the first time I have heard of a blown headgasket in a Cayenne. Sounds like you are implying you have coolant in your oil. Have you done leakdown test and verified air coming from the coolant system? Also you need to drain your oil and check for coolant mixed in, or vice-versa, before being confident you compromised the seal between the coolant channels and the combustion chamber.

I am dropping it off today to get someone to check it out. If it means anything I had steam coming out the tailpipe during acceleration, and had to fill the coolant tank. I hope its all in my head and the motor just had a booger in its nose.

Good luck! Also, if you had a blown headgasket due to a coolant compromised seal, I would expect overheating issues and a drop in power due to lower compression. Did you notice either?

Couldnt tell you on the power levels, wife drives it more than I do. And as for my seat of the pants dyno cant tell a difference because my daily driver is a big slow diesel truck.

Your observstions seem to agree with bad hg, but maybe there are some strange coincidences going on... A compression check would be an easy way to potentially help verify the problem.

Jeez mechanics are getting brutal these days, the bad ones used to just rip people off now they're shoving lubed bibles into customers

FWIW, I would do the leakdown test myself since finding an independent mechanic with some sort of ethical standards is not an easy task.
Here is a decent video on how to perform a leakdown to determine if you have a blown headgasket:
Also, I prefer this method when finding TDC (Top Dead Center):

I thought the same thing this past weekend as I had a lot of goop under the oil cap. I checked the oil and had some on the dipstick as well. I also thought headgaskets immediately, but further research brought up the condensation issues. I mean, I had A LOT of goop under there. I was due for an oil change anyways and drained the oil...all good, oil was clean. My commute is under 10 miles, mostly on the Autobahn, and the oil doesn't get to temp, hence the condensation. Check the oil and see if it is clean, perform a leakdown, or get a tester. Better than paying a mechanic and rolling the dice...

After I took it to the shop the wife eyed another car at a local dealer. Ended up getting the new car and traded the Porsche for it. Its a 2013 Charger, the wife has wanted one for a long time. But Back to the issue, that is exactly what happened...condensation in the motor.
