Coolant pipes question - alum pipes fail

If you have a vehicle which had coolant pipes replaced by dealer, but the repair fails later on, is there any recourse to try get some repair money back?

There appears to have been a recall on the coolant pipes and many owners were asked if they had repairs, to contact Porsche to get some or all cost back.

I wonder because my car had its pipes done at ~40k. Now, 2 days ago (~120K), leaking, I took it to the shop, and found out from the coolant pipes leaking (aluminum ones), and water pump. So my replace job is about 3K as of now, including rad hoses, thermostat, etc (OTD price, including taxes too).

I want to find out if I have any case to contact Porsche about this, to get some $ back if possible.

Experts in this matter will be greatly appreciated to post up.
Thank you in advance.
