There's no way those tires are safe for the weight of that thing.....first minor indentation = boom = bye bye wheel or worse. The calipers look badass though...

That tire is most likely the 315/25 23 Conti Cross Contact UHP. At max inflation of 51lbs. it has a load capacity of 1874 lbs. each, for a total of 7496. The Gross Axle Weight Rating of the heaviest axle of an 04 Cayenne is 3704 lbs. 3704/2 tires on the axle is 1852 lbs each. So, that tire as full of air as it goes without popping is only 22 lbs. from maxing out in load carrying ability. Nobody fills their tires all the way up. Now add fluids, yourself and your family, and their stuff. Then hit a bump and ask that tire to deflect at all and it won't - it will just fail.
A 305/40 23 will hold more air and is safer.
