Lowering with airride

Just traded in my S for a new Turbo and I want to lower the ride heighth further than the low setting. Anyone here purchased te module that does this? If so where do I get one and for how much? Thanks for your help.

Checkout Techart ; Ive heard they have a Good lowering module and while you are at it look for the Caragraphic !

I use to huv techart it was very nice I still huv it and I want to sell it it's new for $2400

I have the techart and am very happy with it ........ call Arling at Lucent. My dealer did the install.

Hey Mike,

what is the extra stuff that the dealer have to do... i know other lowering module is just plug and play.. i heard they need to reprogram? just curious..

Alex,

about a week after buying the Cayenne, I had the dealer install the clear markers, cd changer, hard wire my v1 and install the techart module. they told me that the unit had to be coded before installation and reprogramed after a test ride to clear all faults.

all the above took less than a full day. when I picked it up it looked great and worked like a charm. I was in a hurry to beat Chicago traffic so I didn't ask a lot questions.

I didn't realize the module required a reprogram? Anyone have anymore details on this?

I did everything by myself in my garage I took the facroey unit and replaced it with the techart and it worked very well

My Cayenne Turbo arrives 3 months later, hope you still have it...

BTW, the unit will lower the car for about 40mm for the lower level, how about the loading level and off road level?? Will still be maintained as same?

Techart module basically resets the factory base points for the height. it requires dealer install mainly because only dealer have access to the Porsche Tester computer. there's 2 version of the module. u can tell which one works by checking the VIN of the car. before anyone buys used double check it first to make sure it would work properly.
