Cargraphic quad tips vs. OEM Four tube tailipe

Anyone have any experience with either of these?
Or has anyone seen them in comparison for quality?

Four tube CARP55EROC with collector box $1200
http://www.cargraphic.de/index.php?/...9,727/&start=9

Four tube sports tailpipe $1,295
http://www.carlsenporsche.com/cgi/pa...04031713533222

What are they referring to with "collector box", because cargraphic has another version that is cheaper by several 100$ that doesn't have "collector box".??

I have the Tequipment tips and think they are a big improvement over the stock tips in appearance...

Do they fill the rear lower valence openings fully and nicely?
From the side of the car, from a lower vantage point does the chrome piping on the outer pipes run forward out of view or can you see where the chrome ends?

I am assuming these should just bolt on to the Cargraphic exhaust seemlessly right?

I think the tips fill out the opening nicely, but I don't think they fill it out too much more than the stock twin tips. In order to see where the chrome ends, you really need to look under the truck (or possibly have it in high mode on the air suspension). I don't have any experience with the Cargraphic exhaust, but I would imagine that it should bolt right on as long as the diameter of the tubing allows. Maybe check with Erik at Cargraphic to be sure.

Attached are some pix of before/after... sorry for the quality, just tried to snap a few and it was dark outside for the newer ones...

Dude thanks.
I'm pretty convinced on the tips you have. They are very nice, "quintessential Porsche-styled" and seem to be of top quality hence the $$$ (plus the Porsche markup!).

I just bought the Porsche Four-tube sports tail pipes from Suncoast. Got a good deal, check their site, it'll save you some $$$'s. I just installed them. They look GREAT! They fit great!

found a pair of the OEM 4 tube tail pipes, still not as cheap as I would have liked but much better than retail.
They are actually slightly larger than the stock quad tips (photo comparison on my sig. link)
Thanks

Thanks , I love the way it sounds and it improves the appearance of the rear.....but...................................... ............................................
My wife HATES it! She says it looks nice but is WAY too loud. In reality it is not too loud, she is just too sensitive. She says she will not drive it and will only drive in it out of necessity if forced, and is begging me to switch back to the stock muffler with just the cat bypass pipes.

So maybe, just maybe, I might have a barely used Cargraphic Sport Backbox for sale soon

I would only ask $1600 and I would include shipping if there are any interested takers??

Kooser,
The setup sounds crazy! Which Cargraphic version did you go with (I think they have 3 different models... TUV version, TUV sound version, and Super Sound Export version)?

I don't know, maybe there is a way that you can baffle some of the sound to make it quieter? It would be a shame if you had to give it up as it looks so sweet!
