most of the time sales/service personnel at these high end car dealerships don't really respect kids or should I say people in their 20s, but once you show them you got cash, they'll treat you differently. Things like that happens all the time!! retail stores, car dealerships, etc...I'm sure Justins got a boss, go talk to him or her

keoni1978:

I agree with you assesment in most cases, but Chambers is different. More then half of their sales come from 20 somethings in college in Boston. They seem to treat no one with respect that I know off. They are great at selling cars, but their customer service is definately lacking.

You can service your cayenne in a different dealership... it doesnt have to be "Herb Chambers"...... now hopefully this will end the subject about herb chambers!!!!!!!! then someone can write a new post without mentioniong "herb chambers!"!

I know that I can go to any other Porsche dealers for service, we have freedom to post whatever comments we have on this thread. You don't always have to reply to it

ok... then create a new thread on something new and stop complaining about my complaints

also stop msging me in MSN and keep saying that I'm a whinner
I'm only whinning when something does not satisfy me, E.g. this dealer's service

Many dealers have scaled back on loaners, although a dirty economy car sucks to drive the dealer is only trying to save $$$.

You are nobody special to own a $70K SUV, they are a dime a dozen here in CA.
