GIAC for ECU either @ The Porsche Exchange up North in Highland Park, or @ Perfect Power with Sol. Wouldn't want any other shop doing it other than these two.

Add the Evo CAI's and Cat Bypass pipes and your lag all but fades away.
Been there done it and LOVE it- so there is the "real world experience" you are seeking and even some "local experience", and would never go back to stock.

Man, it seems like you have had cold feet and been ambivalent about this for like over 1/2 a year

I've been a big *****!!!

Do you still have the exhaust?? If so, I'll paypal you right now..
I have to make a step in the right direction!!!!!! Actually I just put my lowering links on so i'm ready to do it up..However, the day I lowered it some rig threw a large rock into my driver door!! now I need a paint guy!! then yesterday at the dunkin doughnuts on damen and fullerton I hit the curb and have major rash on the OZ's.... I'm in need of a good paint guy in chicago for wheels and dents asap!!!

Sorry it has gone to a new home already to a fellow rennlister.

You will not regret doing the ECU upgrade or Cat-bypass or Evo Intakes, the only thing that hurts is the $$. It will all be about $3800 purchased and installed. But money that is well spent -provided you don't have other priorities.
