Fabspeed Cayenne Twin Turbo, Cayenne "S" models and Volkswagen V8 Touareg have 4 catalytic converters. The 2nd set is only to make to car extremely quiet and more restrictive. Taking off the useless 2nd set of 2ndary cats is one of the best power improvements that can be done on the Cayenne models.

The Cayenne V6 has two catalytic converters, so the 2ndary catalytic converter can be removed and replaced with a Fabspeed catbypass pipe to reduce backpressure and restriction.

Fabspeed Dyno results show a +26.8 Horsepower improvement and a gain of 22.5 Ft/Lbs of Torque on the Cayenne Twin Turbo. The Cayenne “S” and Volkswagen Touareg V8 cars picked up a gain of +17 Horsepower and improvements in throttle response.

quick question, is there a documented dyno'ed HP increase on the V6? And at what RPM, thx!!

 

same question for the S or V8?

I have seen just a dyno with GIAC but none with just bypass pipes ...

 

I e-mailed Fabspeed with questions about the V6 pipe and nobody botheed to return my e-mail.

 

We have not done any dyno runs on the Cayenne V6 yet but we are looking into it. After talking with some previous customers, they quoted a 6-8 Horsepower increase on the Cayenne V6 but we will be running some of our own in the near future. The Cayenne "S" and the VW Touareg V8 both picked up a +17 Horsepower increase with added throttle response and a throatier sound.

 

Ive got the Full Fabspeed Exhaust system which consists of the Mufflers and the secondary catalytic removal bypass pipes; Sounds intoxitaing but Very Loud;I would add some Drop in filters and an Ecu upgrade to compliment the Exhaust,which is the exact setup I have.

 

Alex, What exhaust is supplied for UK Market, is it 200 cell? Is it different to US version?TIA

There is a V6 video from that banned character on Youtube in his V6 "4S" Cayenne, but he claims outrageous hp gains on everything.
