Hello to all Cayenne fans
Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kevin Hines and I am a technician at Brandywine Porsche in Newtown Square, PA. I have been there for alomst five years now, and have developed a great appreciation for these cars and the community surrounding them. We are a high volume dealership, so even though five years doesnt sound to terribly much, I have gained a lot of experience, and have developed great relationships with those in PCNA and also my clients. I am a car nut myself, so I think I may just fit in here. I like to think of myself as a "mod friendly" tech, as I also modify my own cars. I am here to help if I can, in any way, so please, dont hesitate ta ask anything.

So, now that you are here, we can all connect our laptops to our 6Speedonline high-speed 955 P-Car ports on our Cayennes and have you fix them with a few strokes of your keyboard, right?

Welcome aboard, i have a quick question... I bought a K&N filter for my Cayenne and want to install it. But the dealer scared me by telling me that it can damage my MAF sensor (and it wont be warrantied). Does this really happen??
thanks,

HAH, if I could fix cars over the internet, I would definately be sitting on a beach somewhere with my trusty laptop...
And yes, if the K&N has a lot of excess oil on it, it WILL eventualy nuke the mass air sensor, before you install it, clean it and only oil it a little bit. This goes for all oiled cotton filters.
