s to turbo front conversion

how much does it cost to convert an S bumper to turbo. Please breaks it down to parts, labor (paint and install). Thanks in advance!

I got my turbo bumper and aerokit sideskirts for about 3500, i think a little less, including paint and install

how much is it for the front turbo bumper (not including bottom that has fog lights) with the grill inserts because I might get an aftermarket front spoiler?

Where do they sell them at for this price? What's involved in the install? I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could get the turbo bumper, paint and install for under $1500. So, if anyone knows a good place in Socal, let me know!
