whatever is infamous around these parts
dealer should have them. I went to get a set for my 04, they gave me the the new 08s. I had to bring it back to exchange.

Use the Hoen Chromium coated amber W5W's in the housings.

this is what I just ordered....
-W5W Silver Chrome bulbs for side markers
-PY21W Silver Chrome for front blinkers
-8000K HID D1S Bulbs to replace xenon headlamp bulbs (did this on my 997) gives the headlights a very slight bluish illumination (not ricey)

Installed Mine Yesterday

ldye is correct. Same procedure as the DIY for the '03-'06.

EXCEPT, do not attempt this until you have a flexible hose type bit holder for your rachet or Torx handle. The bottom screw has room to use a fixed rachet. But the top screw is too tight, no room to get the wrench into position to then insert the Torx head into the Phillips head screw.

After 40 minutes of trying to fake it by blindly inserting the Torx bit into the screwhead and then trying to turn it with a Crescent wrench (there's only enough room to make a 1/8 turn of the screw before disengaging and starting over, I gave up and went out to buy the flexible bit extension.

6speed member "TCM" is installing my lowering links and hardwiring my V1 next week... I think I might let him tackle the clear markers as well... he's got the tools! :

BTW looks great TTCARRERA!
