The Cayenne S or the GL450
#18
Just sold my cs and picked up a GL450
Two completely different rides
Porsche - More exciting to drive, limited interior..very blah, don't lease well
Mercedes - Relatively slow..not alot of pickup, amazing interior. Lease very well. Much smoother ride (even if you get the suspsn. option on the cs)
I think it all depends on what u are looking for. If you are looking for more passanger room and a nicer interior - mercedes
Performance - Porsche all the way

that cayenne doesn't have PASM. if you want a Sport uv, get PASm and PDCC on the 08 and have a real machine.
if luxo touring etc i would think the MB.
i think you need to answer that question first to see which is what you really want.

When I drop my Porsche off it is like a well oiled machine. They call when they say they'll call and the job is finished when they say it will be finished. I also always get a fully loaded Cayenne S just like ours as a loaner. No contracts with Enterprise rental car like at my local Mercedes dealer. Which I will add I was charged for the loaner camry and took 6 months to get reimbursed from the MB dealer. The whole experience is like night and day. So, to the point. Porsche all the way. That being said, this is a particular scenario from two specific dealers and things could be much different elswhere. Buy what suits you best. I just know from my experience that owning the Porsche is much more rewarding and hassle free. I love my Cayenne more and more everyday
and I have cayenne S...wtf!
btw...cayenne is the way to go. but if you want something that's comfortable, MB might be better choice.
rear seats in cayenne are just ... bad.
