Cayenne Turbo or Cayenne Turbo S

Cayenne Turbo or Cayenne Turbo S
Gentleman.
I just got back from the dealership where I was allowed to rip around in a 2006 Cayenne Turbo S, now after such an event I had to heavily resist having my credit ran and driving home in my new Blue on Gray Turbo S :-)
Now, here is where my questions comes in. What are the differences between the 2?
I am under the impression that past the "Turbo S" badging and embosments throughout the cabin it is the same as a turbo, and the bump to 520bhp comes form a retune (aka Chip).
Now, I bring this up as I can get an extremely good deals on low mileage Loaded Turbo Cayennes, but want the power of the S w/out headaches or breaking items.
So, if I just chip a Turbo, will I have worry free Turbo S driving?

The S have different intercoolers, transmission mapping, bigger brakes and ecu tuning by Porsche and all on warranty.. the pasm is also tuned..
acceleration is quite the same for CTTS against a tuned CTT, but the brake upgrade is not worth it..but the CTTS is so refined compared to a tuned CTT..
If you can hack the CTTS i would go for it, you can get them at $80-90K.. with an msrp of $115k-125
Although a used CTT would be cheaper.. just flash it, exhaust, bypass pipes you'll be good then
throw in a Sport techno wheel and an "S" badge

With the GIAC tuning and intercooler upgrade can you get it to be as smooth if not smoother than the S?
Having a hard time justifying the 30-40K price difference.
THinking outloud:
GIAC Chip (Trans Chip as well??)
Intercooler Upgrade
New Steering wheel (the S wheel was very nice)
Exhaust
Wheels (Maybe TurboS wheels for simplicity sake, not a fan of the Turbo's @ all)
Should be a pretty soild daily driver w/ no headaches, right?

Are you saying an '08 CTT is 85-90K, becasue that is what an '06 CTTS is going for.
thanks
