I think 7mm's are enough for non body kit or oem sport kit Cayenne's, the Magnum or Gemballa Gt's need larger spacers.

i have 22 x 10s with sport OEM kit 7mm is enough?

Try to find 5mm as the fronts tend to come out even more on the Cayenne's from my experience.
