I was going to ask you how you like th R class, but then I read your sig.
Is it that bad? Or is it the minivan stigma?

We have an R500. It's been a great family hauler.

The R500 has settled in for us a good hauler as well. Initially, we had 3 instances where the vehicle had to be towed in to the nearest dealership because of a fault wiring harness that caused the SRS light to come on and stay on. The wiring harness was eventually fixed, after a recall was issued. The aggravating part is the first 2 times they towed the vehicle in they just reset the computer, did nothing more. I do love the air conditioning in the R500, Porsche should really take lessons - it is 100x colder than a Porsche vehicle. That really is the only think I like about the vehicle. I can't wait to get back into a Lexus SUV (traded a GX470 for the R500) - so much more user friendly and reliable.
