Sounds like DV issue, but isn't stock boost 0.6bar? If it is then something is wrong you're dropping boost below factory 0.6. If factory is 0.4, then either the DMS is not program to boost well or there's a leak somewhere.
With GIAC chip on my CTT the boost holds rock solid at 0.8bar with stock DV.

Just an update.
Had both Diverter Valves replaced with Milltek Hyperboost items and whilist it was in the shop I also had them drop in a couple of K&N panel filters.
What can I say?
This is how it should have been all along. It simply flies along and you can feel the diverter valves clamping hard. Throttle response it much improved too, and the engine note seems to have improved.
