Thanks all! I love the new look.

Well I got the bumper/valence off ebay at a minimal cost, not too bad. Prob $250-300 for both pieces.

Then for the rest of the pieces I required for the S to Turbo bumper conversion. I needed 4 new grills for the bumper, needed all new headlight washer jets and housings, etc....oh and also since the turbo bumper comes standard with sensor holes....i took G A's advice and bought the sensor housings and had the body shop put in pieces of plastic to mimic the look of sensors! Looks great. Also the grills were bought regular black and painted to match the tequipment grills. And.....I had the body shop paint the center of the bumper to mimic a skid plate.....which I think looks pretty great!

Aside from the bumper/valence....I got all of the rest of the pieces from suncoast (jeff clark)...for about $450 shipped. Not bad at all.

Took the body shop one day to do it and my dad took care of the body shop price as a bday present to me! So im not sure how much that cost. Plus my body shop guy is amazing and quick (if anyone is in the Poconos, PA area...let me know if you need a referral to an EXCELLENT body shop....i actually have my car sent there from Long Island b/c hes so great!)

Wow, congrats on a great looking truck and a SUPER-COOL project. I really like how it came out.

Can you PM your total out of pocket expense? I am tossing around the idea of a front lip (Jubily) + fogs installed on my S, but if the cost is less, i might go this route....

Also, could you take a few profile shots? Id like to see how much "lower" this looks from the side.....one of my main gripes of the "S" front is that it slants upwards too much.

Again - very cool

Would you mind posting a list of all the parts needed for this conversion?

Is the reason for the washer housing and the sensor bits due to the car not having these originally? I thought all Cayennes have the washers...

My Cayenne S has parking sensors. If I do this conversion, can I reuse the existing parts?

THe reason for the washer housings is that it sits differently on the turbo. As was explained to me, if you dont change it, when the washer jets pop up, it wont have much clearance because of the larger bumper so the washer fluid will basically dribble down within itself.

If you have sensors, they should be ok to place within the new sensor holes on the turbo bumper.

So all you'd basically need is the bumper, the valence (spoiler), headlight washer jet clamps, housing, and nozzles and 4 grills for the bumper.

jeff clark (suncoast porsche) helped me with mine after weeks of communication between us to figure out what i needed, so if you speak to him he should be good with what youll need, and AMAZING price too!

hey, im doing the same conversion right now, my self, the washers did not fit so im molding them, parking lights and censor holes off too, The only question is what did you do for the ducting supports behind the the grills. the cs model is different. did you buy the turbo ones? or just remove all of them? any other tips would be nice. Thanks
