Some observations...

Normal driving I'm getting 20'esh
Hard driving it's 15
Steady state long trips it's 24-26

This is not at all like the 05CTT. It sits lower and rides much differently.

The low speed stop and go traffic driving is much improved. More civilized and smooth.

I just discovered you can remove the cigarette tamper from the ashtray insert and you can now store your cell phone in it.

The storage space is much less than the old Cayenne's. The center storage is now a single space that is 1/2 to 1/3rd the old combined space. You also loose the sunglasses holder in the overhead.

The Burmester is amazing !

Just installed a K-40. You cannot use the rear radar sensor with the Lane change assist as it is radar based and will set it off.

Up to 1600 miles so far.

I just figured out how to set the rear hatch opening height.

(I guessed that the Audi Q7 and Porsche work the same, they do).

Open the read hatch manually to the desired height.

Press and hold the close button for 4 or more seconds.

You will hear a musical tone. The height will be remembered.

This may be in the manual but I did not find it.

It blows me away, having both there are so many mods for the 996tt and yet very few for the CTT! Bummer, I use the CTT for my daily driver and wonder why no companies persue the C???

I guess it's because the 996tt can be used as a track toy where the extra power options from mods is needed.

Disagree, power helps but I track my 996TT and it's all about the; suspension. Brakes, tires and driving skill. I'm talking daily highway mash the gas and haul a$$
