For removal of model designation suggest a few minutes with hair dryer to soften the glue, back and forth with dental floss behind the letters to remove them and then rub gently with rubbing alcohol on white cotton rag to remove glue remnants. Clean the area as you normally would the car and reapply the same sealant/wax you have on the rest of the Cayenne. This seems to be a commonly recommended process and worked perfect for me.

I've removed model designations from my previous vehicles by using a hair dryer and dental floss as well. Never been disappointed with the results. I think that car manufacturers in general use two-sided tape to attach model designations, because it is quite common that customers want to remove or attach those afterwards. It is also way cheaper and way faster for the factory to use tape instead of other methods like bolting or welding.

What brand and % of tiny did you use.
I am going much darker on mine but I need a brand that matches from inside out when tint is placed over factory insulated glass/tint.
Suntek is more of a brown and when we placed a test piece over front and back it was more of a brown on front and over factory it looked blue.
I want a perfect match, all reply who have tinted.

Thanks. They are located between Brentwood and Capital in that industrial park.
