How much % off MSRP for 2011 Cayenne?

Hello All

My Dad is considering a Cayenne for his next car and I was wondering since the 2012 Cayennes are showing up at dealers does anybody know how much percentage off of MSRP you can get for a 2011?

Thanks in advance

I received 5%off MSRP. The most I have heard is 7.5%.
Typically, dealers invoice is 10% under MSRP from what I have heard. The margins are different on each model.

can you find any 2011s that are sitting on the lot that people don't want to pick up?

at least in socal, i haven't seen any v6 cayenne's hanging out on the lot that weren't already sold. this was the case at least 2 months ago.

my guess is you'll get little discount unless you're shopping for a S or turbo. v6.. maybe 1-3%

Try the zap car buying service. Or via Amex card it's Amex car buying service.

8% on 2012, it'll be hard to find left over 2011 as they are in high demand, perhaps a dealer demo

I looked into the ZAG service and my results were not promising. No dealers that I contacted were interested in coming remotely close to the ZAG price. The best I got was one who was 400 miles away who said he could give me 2K off of MSRP on an S with so many options that it was priced at over 110K. That might not be any better than what I can get locally from a non-ZAG dealer. Some of the dealers would not even discuss a ZAG price.

THanks for all the replys. I called around to socal dealers and most were still quoting over sticker and some at just sticker. My Dad didn't want to wait until the 2012 started to arrive so he might get a better deal and decided just to go ahead and get one at sticker price. He got a 2011 Cayenne silver with platinum grey interior. It is a really nice.

Congrats, I Think the grey interior is really slick looking but just couldn't decide and our dealer ended up steering us toward the black. Anyway hope you love it, I'm sure you will.

even if you get no discount, the car is really awesome. You will enjoy everything you pay for.

In average I have seen 0% to 5% discount based on build etc.

Just ordered a 2012 V6 and got 4.5% off, but we did just buy a 2011 Carrera 4S from them in February, so that might have something to do with it, lol

I got just over 3% off on my 2012 Cayenne V6 order and jumped on it. I checked with 5 local dealers. 4 told me full boat MSRP - including the dealer from which I puchased a new 997 a few years back. V6 allocations are very slim here in the Northeast. There was a lot more willingness to discount a Cayenne S but we really wanted a stick and the car will be my wife's daily driver to shuttle kids to and fro. The V6 was already stretching the budget for that purpose and I could not justify $75k plus.

What are the extra charges above the MSRP with or without discount (freight, PDI...etc?)
