Question advice needed on '12 CTT order

I've got a late Sept. build that I need to finalize, and I'm looking for recommendations:

Dark Blue Metallic N4
Two-tone Leather Interior in Black/Titanium Blue TW

LED Rear Lights Tinted Black with Adaptive Break Lights 8SI
Exterior Package in High-gloss Black QJ4
Roof Rails and Moldings with Black Finish 3S5
Trailer Coupling without Removable Ball Joint 1D6
Panorama Roof System 3FU
Heated Windscreen 4GH
Reversing Camera with ParkAssist Front and Rear7X8
Porsche Entry & Drive 4F6
Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) 1Y1
Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) 0AW
20" RS Spyder Design Wheel CP5
Electric Roll-up Sunblind for Rear Side Windows 3Y8
Seat Ventilation Front 4D3
Light Comfort Package with Memory Package PP6
Adaptive Sports Seats with Comfort Memory Package Q1J
Anthracite Birch Interior Package 5MB
Heated Three-spoke Multi-function Steering Wheel in Anthracite Birch 1XE

Tiptronic gear selector aluminium 6Q7
Compass Display on Instrument Panel QR1
Voice Control QH1
Burmester® High-End Surround Sound System 9VJ

Will the anthracite birch package go with the Black/Titanium Blue leather?

Should I go with the aluminum shifter - or anthracite?

Should I go with the standard MF steering wheel or the heated anthracite one?

If I went with the Sport Package and lost MF - what functionality is lost (I assume phone answer/hang-up and radio volume, but what else?)

Has anyone seen (or can provide pictures of) the LED Rear Lights Tinted Black with Adaptive Break Lights option?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I'd go with aluminum shifter as it is bigger than the standard one. (see attach photo)

I'd also recommend the MF steering as it is very easy to flip between different functions.

If I had to choose between, MF and the Sport Package, I would hands down pick the Sport Package every time. In fact, that's what I did for my CTT. The Sports Package adds so much and is a good deal versus individually adding the performance options. I really wanted the MF at the beginning but after thinking about it, I'd much rather have the better shifter with the paddles versus the weird in/out shifters on the MF. But that's just me.

What about the front and back stainless steel plates? I added those with the running boards to make it look rugged. I did not add the roof rails as I didn't want the "sporty" look. Was going for more refined, luxury look with ruggedness.

Also, what about the privacy glass with noise reduction? If you're planning on doing tinting later on, sure it's gonna be cheaper, but you won't get the noise reduction unless you swap out the windows.

mteddylee - Thanks for the picture - definitely the aluminum shifter. Your picture is making me consider the carbon fiber instead of anthracite.

No. 92 - I've thought really hard about the paddle shifters. I'll be using the MF much more often than shifting on my own (and I can train my thumbs I hope...)

I thought about stainless steel plates - but I wanted to maintain a dark look to the exterior without going to black / jet black color.

Major choice now is whether to go with a black leather interior or the black/titanium blue. I've seen black in person - but there seems to be only one black/titanium blue at a US dealer too far away from me to look at.

Thanks.
