How to buy used wheels?

I'm buying a second set of wheels for winter/off-road. These wheels are used and supposedly have decent tread left along with TPMS sensors. Now my Cayenne isn't arriving for a little over a month, but I'm going to pick up these wheels next weekend. Is there anything I should be wary of? I've never bought used wheels before. I don't even know what TPMS sensors look like. Is the picture on Suncoast's web site accurate? Where is the sensor located?

You can read about rpm at tire rack and get wheel lug and offsets from the dealer or tr as well.

Oh I forgot to mention, I'm just buying the OEM 18" wheels. So the pattern and offsets should already match.
