Austin@GIAC:
Does my DME(with your software)adjust accordingly to the fact I recently had an IPD plenum and upgraded diverter valves installed on my CT?
Thanks for a great product..look forward as always to your explanations....

Not sure,I never really pay attention to gas mileage
I did once last year on a trip to Miami(not the one where I made my video ) and got up to 22.5 mpg,but that was interstate(70) and one small town(35)-with no traffic and cruising at speed limit and only accelerating as gently as possible
It's hard for me to give an accurate number of the gas consumption because I intersperse sedate driving with the occasional burst of acceleration, not necessarily going over the limit, but using the gas pedal with gusto(love those turbos, especially when properly tuned )
I'd say on average i get around 15mpg
Good idea anyway,I will check my trip computer in these next couple of days and let you know...

Our software has a bit of head room when it comes to adding basic mods. We have seen great results with the plenum on the 957s and panameras. In fact, I should have a PTT with a plenum coming shortly for power testing on our dyno. We will post the results after the testing is complete. In terms of DVs, so long as they are able to adequately hold boost, there won't be any problems. For what it's worth, the factory DVs have been rock solid for us so I don't that you will see much of a positive difference with aftermarket.

Thanks for the reply Austin
When I had the IPD plenum added along with the diverter valves,I felt as much added power as I did when I got my dme flashed by you
I had not planned on getting them, but ran in to the Champion rep at the dealership..and what sold me was how so much more solid(materials and all) the plenum and valves looked compared to the stock ones!..and liked how you had the possibility of changing the springs in the valves..
I like how the turbos seem to hold boost more easily, and at higher numbers(.9-1.0 as opposed to .6-.8 previously
My CT is now even quicker off the line and is just as smooth,if not more, than before
Thanks to GIAC all my mods are tied together nicely and performing flawlessly

We are considering it but need to do a bit more research on the platform before we commit to anything.
