New Cayenne GTS 2013 or Used Turbo 2012 ?
Hi
I ordered cayenne GTS 4 months ago, it will arrive by end of December , I put the options that I want, but I saw a turbo 2012 with 1200 Miles only for extra 20000$, should I wait two months for my GTS or get the Turbo ?
This is first time I order or buy Cayenne.

I think It'll probably be worth waiting for the GTS and seeing how you feel about it when you drive it out of the showroom.
The GTS is a stunning car that 99% of car drivers would die for, and it has your personal design behind it. That's worth a lot. If you don't feel really happy with it then put a thousand miles on it and sell it to someone who doesn't want to wait for a factory build. Then buy a turbo then.

Thanks
Personally I love the GTS and can't wait to get it but waiting 2 more months it's long time for me, I saw that turbo that's exactly the same options of what I ordered.
I don't know, I should wait more maybe !

I’m the same. Patience isn’t my strong point. Two months will probably be plenty of time for your dealer to find a customer for the GTS. They might just have sight of a Turbo coming into group stock and be able to switch to to that. After all you’d be bringing them an extra $20k business in the process.
Hope it all goes well.

2 good points ukayenne
Your own GTS will be so much fun when you do get it..that is if your dealer is not willing to work with you
This could work out well if someone wants a GTS optioned just like yours
Perhaps your dealer knows a customer who is thinking of ordering one and could try(its what my salesman would do..)
Good luck

I have been reading posts about this subject for a while and there are a lot of people who have driven both that say the turbo is king. I can't imagine regretting getting that monster.

I bought a 2012 Turbo after struggling with the S. The S did not have enough power and was priced to high with all the options I wanted. I considered waiting for the GTS thinking it would have the same 430 hp as the Panamara. I'm glad I did not wait. I love the turbo. I now see the GTS and like some of the features but if you can swing the turbo price difference you will be happy.

I never drove a turbo, but if I had a GTS on order exactly the way I wanted it I think I'd keep my GTS.
I'd like my color choices, my options, zero miles, my original warranty, my rims instead of some other choices. But then again I do a lot of city driving, not interstate. I do a lot of 0-60 acceleration, not 60-80. At least the turbo is typically well equipped.
I am going from a base to a GTS on order too; as long as I never drive a turbo I won't catch the new car bug again.

I loved the power from my base cayenne when I got it too, but 5 years of it I started to crave more.
