After much searching I was able to find a PDF of the owners manual for the cayenne for 2011.
Does anyone know where I can find the PCM operation manual?

Here is the manual for the PCM 3. I had to split it to make the file size work. When I split it, it rotated 90 degrees for some reason. If you want the manual in one file that is not rotated then pm me your email address and I will send it.

Oh boy. I think I need PCM 3.1 for the 958 Cayenne series yes?
I will be getting a 2013 CTT so I believe I need the PCM 3.1 for 2011- 2013 models? Is this correct?
