I am looking for a reverse camera too, the ones on Amazon do not seem very good at all.

 

Non-PCM Cayennes should have an analog AUX IN, you may connect your iPod headphone outlet to it. You have to do all the controls on the iPod.
As for reverse camera, I think it will be very difficult to display the image on your radio screen, you may attach the small screen that comes with the camera somewhere on the dash, but it will look very 'aftermarket'.
