It's really here!

My salesman snapped some pics of the monster with its wrappings still on. I never saw anything like this before so to me it is funny but great that they take such good care of it in transport.
I spent many hours cleaning and preparing her for the Opticoat 2.0 treatment which I completed earlier. Long long day but took a break to ride her around tonight on the parkway to continue the RAK break in method. I will need more time behind the wheel to feel at home so the only comment on driving was how cool it is to take exits ramps without the car leaning at all thanks to the PDCC.
More detailing and cleaning to be done tomorrow with possible road trip. Need to get daylight to take some pics after her beauty treatment.
Thanks again to everyone who helped me with the whole process.
Rob.

My oh my they really wrap those cars.. Wonder what they do with that cover....would it be reusable for a dust type cover?
Anyway your car looks great..I really like J/Blk with Blk rims..a very agressive look. The new generation Cayenne is IMHO hands down the best looking SUV on the market. forgot you got light leather..a nice change from ususal blk on blk..more upkeep but from the look of things this wont be a problem for u
Glad you r breaking the car in that way..Im honored but it certainly isnt my creation Quite simply it works!
Keep the pics coming... Are u going to put any kind of protective bra on the car..I'm sure in your detailing process u have seen how soft and vulnerable the darn paint is..Rain/salt/door dings..the enemies of a true car guy.
Enjoy these days..they are the best of times..

Thanks RAK. I am exhausted from yesterdays full day of work. I cleaned the wheels this morning and they are the most difficult to clean with all the spokes but they sure look hot. I wanted to Opticoat 2.0 the wheels but I only did one to see if it helps with cleaning before doing the rest.
You know this clear bra stuff has me going. I keep pushing it out of mind because I wanted to avoid it but I don't know yet.
I want to get the 3M crystaline stuff on the windshield because it seems like space age hi tec stuff reflecting all the bad rays and keeping the car cool. Went to a well known place in Mineola and he does it for $350 for the windshield. It is expensive stuff compared to tint but amazing. And then there is the issue of tinting the front windows. And the new wheels arrived and TPMS sensors from Suncoast and black tire valves from another place on here. So much to do but that can wait with this warm weather. Going to head east today to see a friend and keep up the RAKing of in the beast.
I have the camera ready to start shooting.
Thanks again, Rob.

good luck with your new toy.
I learned everything here on the forums thanks to everyone's input.

Dimok- I got 20" Turbo II replicas from ECS Tuning (see his post right after yours) I haven't put tires on them yet but they are stunning looking. I haven't done a close up comparison but to me they look identical. I have one in my room that I stare at daily in amazement. I just can't pay $6000 for them from Porsche.
I drove yesterday in the rain and I still need more time to feel at home in it. But I took some pics so everyone doesn't gang up on me here .
I think the interior looks better than the pics but here goes.

Those pics don't look good. I re-sampled the pics and maybe that degraded the quality.

Yes the pics don't do the interior justice
Help me out here, as I have not seen this int pkg in person. What color leather is the steering wheel and door top panels
Do they match the gear lever and grab bars..
The deviated stitch is,so eye catching.. I have it in other cars and its great.. Porsche has been known to totally screw up a dev stitch order as the codes are confusing and not inclusive and average sales guy has no clue
Your car looks amazing

Hey Rak,

My brother has the expresso/cog interior.

The steering wheel, upper dash, grab bars are the same color = expresso.

Probably the most beautiful interior for the Cayenne IMO.
