Any ETA for NEW Cayenne GTS?
#16
Update: I called my dealer today to place an order for a loaded "S", and was informed that their Porsche rep just advised that the "Base", GTS, and Turbo S will be available for order in November 2014 with an anticipated arrival of February 2015. I pulled my order for the "S" and I am planning to wait for the GTS. It is not clear whether the GTS will retain the V-8 (similar to the Panamera), or use a further modified version of the new turbocharged V-6 in the "S" model.

I agree - I would love to see the naturally aspirated V-8 remain, but I am told by my contact that, performance and efficiency wise, he believes that the GTS will feature a further tweaked version of the turbo V-6, primarily because of the torque advantage relative to the V-8.

I have a pretty good feeling that the refreshed GTS will look somewhat like this
this is just the exclusive S but has the new updated sport design package, not sure what happened to the roof spoiler though

It looks no better than a 2014 in the picture. Presumably it is different, because they are calling it arefresh, but maybe the V6 will be most of what is different about it.
