Can't remember
if I posted this before but for two years my wife has had trouble with the garage door RF single jamming the Entry and Drive so she has to take her key out of her purse (a job no man should try) and replace the dummy key after two failed start attempts. I talked to the dealer, got new keys, googled it and nothing yet. It happens with both keys after pressing the garage door button on the wall first. So for the last two years the routine is to start the car first then hit the garage button in the car. But sometimes she forgets and the neighborhood is not happy.

How sure are you it's the garage door opener? I was just reading the Entry and Drive thread and a few people mentioned the key being next to cell phones has caused issues. Maybe the key is next to her cell phone in her purse? Just a thought.

Thanks for trying to help, I have read the same but she has the same habits in the garage, grocery store, work, shopping centers, etc. It is only the garage that will block the RF transmission, its crazy. I have also read that garage door RF is at the bottom of the pile out there in RF land so they are prone to mishaps. I also talked with our garage door technician and he said he would have to reinstall a new opener to change the RF and no guarantee it would have a different effect, I will do this as a last option after exhausting all other ideas. It's an interesting issue, is it the vehicle or door opener?
