Which would you choose

Im looking at 2 different 2011 CTT's and can't decide which is gonna be a better car for my daily driving activities. Any help from the community is greatly appreciated. Your opinions, suggestions, positive and negative comments are appreciated. Both cars are black with the interior of the blue team being black and the interior of the red team being a beautiful Umber/Cream. Both cars are priced pretty close to each other to make it a moot point.

Which would you get? It's pretty much red against blue.

DLF is infamous around these parts
PCCB pushes up long term maintenance costs significantly.
PDCC is a must have on a CTT !!

Agree with DLF, PCCB is not something you want to replace when the time comes.
I like the noise insulation glass option, certainly will make the drive seem smoother on the motorway.

How long do you plan on getting it for? I've had pccb on several p cars and never had to replace anything but also never kept them past 3-4 years.

My normal stint with cars is like 10 years. I'm not worried about replacing PCCB's. If I can't afford it when the time comes, I'll change them out to steel.

Ok members, the Porsche dealer sent me the pics I requested. I'm seeing a bit of rust on the underside of the car. Has me a bit worried. I'm not worried about the exhaust as I'll be changing it out if I get the car. The parts that concern me is all that rust on the frame. If the frame is coated and painted, why the rust? Also many bolts seem to be rusting also. I can change the bolts out but at this price I want a clean car.

I can Carmax a 2011 Cayenne Turbo all day at the price I'm getting this car for. I hate Carmax as I think they are priced high but am using them as an example.

Thoughts on the rust is greatly appreciated. Aluminum also has signs of beginning corrosion. I can probably wire brush all that stuff off and then coat with boshield.

The rust spots on the frame you can see appear to be superficial and could be brushed and fixed. Where do you live or where is this car coming from? It looks like a typical NE car. No matter if the frame is coated or painted it will eventually wear down and with heavily salted roads you'll get corrosion. Its hard to say from pictures if its really bad. Can you see it in person? I think that would give you a better idea of how bad it is, if it is.

Love the color scheme

Ok, this thread can be closed.

I purchased a 2011 with 15k on the clock for 55k, CPO from a Porsche dealer. It has zero rust on the undercarriage and looks like a perfect specimen.

PDCC
PTV +
Burmeister
Adaptive cruise control
crests on headrests
ac seats
20 rs spyder wheels, I'll be changing out
aluminum trim, I'll be changing out.
Black/Luxor interior. The only thing I'm not happy about but since I have 3 other cars with a black interior, it may be a welcome change.

congratulations!

where did you find that price? 2011 with 15k miles for $55k???

I'm looking at a 2012 CTT with 61k miles for about 45k.

I managed to put dibs on it before it landed at the dealership.

They wanted like 58,900 or 59,000 and I offered them the price I was getting the others for. I thought since it has only 15,000 miles on it, I'd offer $1,500 more and they accepted. i then realized that my offer of $1,500 more was supposed to include a CPO. They were willing to sell it for that price without CPO. We then agreed on an additional $1,000 for the car to be certified. Shipping was $900 which is like half the price of quotes I was receiving. I then offered to pay more if the car could drive straight to me. $1,200 and it's arriving today. Closed the deal on Wednesday last week and it's arriving today at 4:30 pm. 4 days from inking the document to possession of the car.

Pics coming in a few hours.
