That will be a screamer. Dave knows his stuff.

 

So I got to drive it on Sunday for some road tuning, but it wasnt boosting properly due to a bad n75 valve. Now its making power and we are doing more tuning and putting it on the dyno on thursday. I should be able to drive it home :-)

It will go back in for a new dash cluster, some more exhaust work, fluid flush, etc. after the first of the year, but it was cool to drive after all this time and will be fun to break in for the next few weeks.
Apparently is actually a gt30-82r in there, and the vems has some interesting launch control features and such, so it should be fun to play with.

Going to go take the Quattro out in the snow this morning I think. It still needs some tuning love, which we will dial in a bit over the holidays and then it will go back on the dyno and have some final tweaks done. But its making about 350 or so to the wheel right now and apparently has an easy 50 or so more once Brendan sorts out all the VEMS ECU stuff.

either way, i'm stoked.
