Kinda confusing.
Then, 2k2 sees the 7.3L engine (vs the previous 7L), 2k3, the Roadster, and 2k5, the F.
I'm VERY curious to hear about your Canada trick, PM me if you prefer ...
As for cars available, there are 4 at Carugati (switzerland), 2 in France in a dealership called "Les Chateaux du Sud Ouest" (although I think those cars are now in Norway or sweden, still for sale), a couple at Autodrome (distributor, in Cannes). I'm pretty sure there is one at least in Singen ...
However, they are curently working (and have been for a while now) on making the car DOT compliant. So, with a bit of extra patience, odds are you will ve able to buy it without loopholes ...

^ raja, the engine is an AMG unit, so maybe a specialty mercedes shop. the suspension, while hightech, is still based on a few sets of basic principles, so someone with experience on highend cars should be able too (hell maybe even ferrari of ontario).
if pagani has plans to DOT approve the car, they will probably have one dealer/head office for all of north america and have a trained repair facility in all the major cities filled with the fithy stinkin rich (can u feel the envy ) like LA, toronto, dallas etc.

Cars are driven a bit more in Europe, but this is still exceptional ...
