I never get tired of watching that clip. As a Volvo owner, that is right up there with the CGT for cars on the wish list. Unfortunately the budget is more in the F430 range, and the 996tt is just a better all around car for where I live. I can't wait to see the Veyron in Stig's hands around the track.

Just got this email from a friend of mine:
Koenigsegg Signs Exotic Cars At Caesars Palace
January 31, 2005 - Exotic Cars At Caesars Palace has been selected by Koenigsegg Automotive AB of Sweeden to be the first and only dealer for their cars in the United States.
Koenigsegg is the manufacturer of the CCR, the fastest production car in the world, with a top speed of over 250MPH. The US version, dubbed the CCX will be unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show in the beginning of March. The 806 HP, 2200lb carbon fibre supercar goes 0 to 62mph in just 3.2 seconds, and runs the standing quarter mile in just 9 seconds at 146mph.
Exotic Cars At Caesars Palace, a full line exotic car dealership, is located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. "We couldn't be happier" said Richard Weisman, CEO of Exotic Cars "Besides being the fastest production car, it is also one of the most Impressively engineered vehicles ever made."
Koenigsegg plans on delivering a limited number of cars in the first year, and orders are being taken on a first come, first served basis. The price for this elite auto is $650,000. Exotic Cars At Caesars Palace currently has the only CCR in the US on display in their showroom. For more information, contact Exotic Cars at 702-735-7700.
