This car has been on autopia a couple times, but needed correction due to an errant shop. The surface was able to be brought to 95 percent perfect, but there where many defects that where worth chasing, considering the age of the paint.
After washing with Z7, we clayed and polished the paint out using SIP and meg's 83 with various size and cut pads and finished with 106ff. After rewashing, we cleaned the paint with P21s body prep and used the new 100 percent PS21 to gauge its looks on red paint.
Z7 on the foam gun..



Brian working his magic with the CMA version of the CCS pad. Very nice feeling pads btw and the guy doing the polishing is pretty good as well

Todd,

Great photos in the sun, no hiding the paint correction.You guys are young but if you detail with out hearing protection(when your machine buffing)the drone of that Makita will get you sooner or later,anyway outstanding work!!.

That hum puts me to sleep some nights, and I am nowhere near my machine
