P21S wax application

hi there... anybody here uses P21S wax aside from me? i love it. i just had a couple of questions about it:

1. the original P21S applicator that came with the wax is on its last leg. where can i get more of those P21S foam pad applicators?

2. what do you people think about applying P21S with hands instead of applicators?

thanks...

You can apply the wax by hand, just like Zymol, but I prefer using an applicator just because I don't want my hands producing any scratch marks in the paint. You can use any foam applicator pad with the P21S wax. Usually people use their hands to apply the wax if they need heat to melt the wax for a better application, but I have done both, using my hands and a foam applicator, and I don't see a difference. Just my $.02. Good luck!

To answer your first question, any foam applicator will do. I have the zymol version that comes in a 3-pack if you're interested.

Your next question, p21s wasn't designed to be applied by bare hands. zymol was the first wax to have this unique way of application because of its chemistry and as far as I know, they're the only wax designed to be applied that way. The reason why you apply by bare hands is because of the raw carnauba that is in the wax that needs further melting. p21s is already melted all the way and does not need further help.

Hope this helps.

Any foam car sponge will work. Even the cheapies from the local auto parts store.

P21s is nothing like the higher end waxes, don't do it by hand, it will dry out & crack your hands, & be harder to apply.

P21s is really one of the easiest waxes to use.

Wipe on, do one panel, then wipe off, it takes like 10min for a normal size car. Don't make it harder on your self for no benefit.

Do one panel wipe on than off, no need to let it dry. Right?

Don't let it dry, then it's really hard to remove & can cause streaking.
