good stuff. but i see a few things that just looks like repackaged.
I have purchased quiet a lot of stuff from them. Quality is good IMHO.

Great site, great products. Some of it is price, some of it is repackaged with their name, but for getting quality products all at one site it's a nice convenience. I usually just buy the little trinkets from them that I don't feel like search elsewhere for.

Griot's garage is a bunch of re-labelled professional grade products. Whatever you're buying, might have started life as Mark-V, Malco, Blue Corral, Wesmar, etc. That's why they're so expensive.

i shop griot's not so much for their chemicals, but for accessories. for example, i bought their creeper seat which has worked nicely for me. and, i bought their random orbital which i believe is a re-branded porter cable. it's just a convenient place to shop for garage tools and such.

It's not a re-branded porter cable... at least not the porter cable random orbital you see every day

As for their site and products, I tried a few and they just weren't up to par with some of the Meguiar's or Menzerna stuff I'm using regularly... accessories are pretty cool but pricey as well

i think it's their marketing/packaging that makes ppl want to buy from them...not necessarily their products (most of them are over-priced).

I paid $99 for their stool (sorry, I was not very knowledgeable back then) and it's a piece of junk.

You should return it if you are not happy. I have returned or exchanged stuff five to ten years old with no problem.

Griot's has an awsome biz model and a great site. Some of their products are good but the rest are par at best. I think most of his accessories and garage stuff is why people go on there and buy. He has cool stuff and he's made it easy to buy...great marketing.

+1 to what Moe said... over the last 3-4 years I've just seen more and more little, weird accessories added to their catalog... I'm just waiting for the day I get a catalog in the mail with a Griot's branded condom on the cover
