Any recommendations for a good detailer in the Palm Springs area? I see mobile guys all over doing wash jobs in parking lots. My neighbor has her Land Rover washed weekly. But I'm looking for someone to do a good machine polish job on an Arctic silver 996C4 (previous moron owner was known to park his briefcase on the hood). I also have a black 2006 CayenneS which I think looks great after I wax it but I imagine a pro detailer could make it look better.

 

I am based out of Temecula, but I travel all over SoCal for stuff.

There are a few others that I highly recommend who are based out of south OC and Costa Mesa, you can see if they are willing to come out and do the job for you as well. I haven't done anything out of Palm Springs personally, but it is a shorter drive than Hollywood, and I am there at least once a week.

I'm sure there must be detailers here in the desert that do more than mobile wash jobs. There are loads of expensive cars here- I don't think they all drive to OC to have their cars done. Has anyone had experience with Absolute Auto Detailing in Cathedral City? They were recommended by a body shop down the street from their office. They at least have a business location and not just mobile trucks. I get the impression that most of the mobile wash guys I see around here work out of their home.
