I'm still a little uncertain as to what exactly is wrong, but you should be having perfect paint then only after waxing have swirls that weren't there before??
I would have it repolished again, sounds like the last guy didn't do it right.

Did you use to much wax & not take it all off? Or did you have any silicone products on the car?
I would wash the car, then redo the cleaner fluid, then rewax, only use a very little bit, like the size of a half dollar will do the whole car & then some.

ok problem solved!
brought it to swissvax detailer....
its not because of the wax..its actually overapplication of cleaner fluid...
the cleaner fluid creates minor streaks that looks exactly like hairline scratches.... and the oil residue from CF got mixed up with the oil residue from the wax creates hologram and hazing that cannot be removed with QD whatsoever...only CF
my detailer even showed me the difference between concorso and mystery , he applied 2 waxes on 2 doors side by side.... mystery is definetely worth the money! omg..chocolate smell

I use the red foam pad Phil carries at DD and use about the size of a peanut for the Swissvax cleaner fluid to do an entire door or panel or 1/2 of the hood. I apply the wax with the same type of pad very, very lightly misted with distilled water. I put a small amount of wax on the pad after warming it with my hands and apply a very thin coat, should be hard to see from three feet away, if that gives you an idea of how thin it is. I do the entire car this way if it's in a garage or shade and reasonable temp/humidity. You may have to go panel by panel if it sets up to fast after 10 min wait? I have 3 coats of Concorso on and the tub looks barely used. Never had any streaking, hazing or difficulty taking it off. Still beading and looking great after 3 weeks, 2 car washes, outside at work in 90+ degree days and 3 horrible rain storms.
Think of applying the cleaner or wax like putting suntan oil on a girl. Use a little bit and a light touch, rubbing it in lightly and feeling the paint/skin under your hand, almost as if you were massaging it in, to get good, even coverage. You are not trying to push it in or remove anything(that comes later if you did a good job on the skin, err paint I mean)
