Porsche guys - what do you like to use?

Just wanted to get some user experiences when detailing 997's. Which products did you find work best with Porsche's clear coat?

Anything that will work well with most cars will work well with a Porsche.

I find a combo of menzera polishes with 1Z wax & other products works great & doesn't break the bank.

I love the Glasur wax. You can pick that up from Moe, and it really works excellent.

Personally, i use the Menzerna polishes and Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax. It looks awesome on black cars. I'll keep using that until it runs out and then I am going to try something like Fuzion or Dodo Juice. Not sure I am into the swissvax or the other super high end stuff.

Thanks for the responses.

I was pondering a what if here....if this car only gets detailed once a year, which combo would work best here? Dare I say Zaino?

menzerna SIP and FPII, or 106ff, or even M80
then top with your favorite sealant - mine is collinite 845
then top with your carnuba of choice! - pinnacle souveran is mine!

just make sure you wax at least every 4 months minimum

Collinite 845 isn't a sealant. It is a liquid carnauba wax.

I am surprised to learn that it's advised to apply the sealant then follow up with a carnuba based wax. I would have thought it should be the other way around.

Well, the sealant does just that, it seals the paint. If the carnuba was on the car first, the sealant wouldn't be in contact with the paint to seal it. Seal first and then apply the beauty layer of carnuba.
