Vid is VERY VERY old....however, it's still great to watch. Paul is well respected and a talented detailer.

He's a good detailer but even better at marketing...... smoke and mirrors will only take you so far though.
Check out his 61 step washing process, most of it is rinse and dry, rinse and dry.....etc.......
He really doesn't do much different then some of us he just knows how to make it seem different and I'll tip my hat to him for that. It's all about perception.

I think that the wash process is done outside but he pulls it indoors for the polishing and rest of his 300 stages

I don't mean to be so critical of such a good detailer, it's just that if you watch the whole video he's really doing nothing more then thoroughly washing the car, claybaring it, then polishing it and then waxing it with his multi million dollar wax....
Actually he should have rewashed it to remove the oils and lubes left behind from the polishes before he waxed it to ensure a proper bond but whatever.....
Guess I'm just a no bs kind of person, oh well.
