My recently purshased car has what I think is some wax or polish residue inthe felt which surrounds the sunroof.

Any hints for removing it.

Compressed air works well, you can also open the sunroof, and shampoo it using a toothbrush.

Just tape the paint surface around the felt, use a soft bristle brush as suggested, and do an initial brushing while dry. This will dislodge a lot of the wax residue. Then, you can simply use an interior cleaner product or a mixture of soap and water, and clean the felt with a microfiber towel. Great question....was wondering when someone would ask it.

Any old soft-bristle tooth brush will do the job....now we gotta get some better products in your hands that don't leave behind residue
