Zaino/ZFX problem

I finished buffing my side skirts and put Zaino Z2 on, but forgot to purchase and use the ZFX. Will there be a big difference if it is not used and can I still put multiple coats on?.

If I remember correctly I think the ZFX just helps speed the process up. I have used the Z2 for years without the ZFX and have had no problems. I tried the ZFX one time and could not tell any difference.

Good to know the more I read there website the more I get confused or felt that with one product if not used in conjunction with another one that it would not come out right.

There are a few good detailers here that use zaino specifically...maybe they can chime in. I think zaino is a great product, but all the different Zs were too confusing and the many steps to achieve the results detered me as well.

Thanks Moe, I think they make rocket fuel easier and in less steps. Not that it is not a good product, but it was like if I did not use this with that or that and this I would not be happy with the results. Since I am cutting/buffing the car down I just want a durable descent shine without busting the bank.

ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator Additive –will promote cross-linking, reduce drying time, extend durability level, and instantly cure to allow multiple without waiting. Please note: ZFX™ is a very important part of the Zaino system and MUST be used with the initial application of the system - http://tinyurl.com/28prt

I was at a high end car shop today and they suggested Z5/Z8 so I traded in my Z2 for Z5 it's used for dark color cars and Z8 for bling. They also invited me down when they do a detail so I can see the difference when using Zaino step products.

Will do and will be doing the rest of the car using System One for Cut and Polish. It worked well on my sides and is water soluable and my wife can atest to that because I sprayed it all over her when buffing.

As a side note they recommend ZFX, but it is used for kwik curing of Z2 or 5 and in phx it is not really necessary plus some of the customers telling them do not us it. Don't shoot the messenger.
