Phil, interesting product. I'm really worried about swirls using this technique. How do you decide if the dust on your car is too much?

 

as a rule of thumb ..if you think its too dusty I would go ahead and wash it

how do you define 'moderately dirty'? i rather take the hassle of a full wash i think than risk scratches

 

if you have access to water that will always be best but some do not therefore a waterless product my suit your needs.
