Lime scale on rag top

Anyone have any experience cleaning lime/Lyme (sp?) scale from the top of a cab (2005)?

My garage has stalagmites of lime that drip when it's super hot out. I learned the hard way and I was able to clean the body spots but not the one on the rag top. Will try and post a photo from my desktop.

Calcium drips from concrete are alkaline and require an acidic to remove it.

Cut a lemon (citric acid, pH 3.0) in half (you have a solution and an applicator) and rub over the stain, and than rinse thoroughly with distilled water

You think this is safe on convertible top?

If it came to us, I'd try this product first:

Yes I've used it before to remove alkali stains

303 Top Cleaner has a pH 9 -10, which makes it an alkali, an alkali requires acid to remove it
