Strong leather cleaner? removing armor all from leather

I have Nappa extended leather on my X5 and the idiots at the car wash sprayed some armor all like solution to a part on the dash so a portion of it has that shiny look vs the nice dull look. I have tried multiple times to clean it with leatherique cleaner and then applied their polish but it's still shiny!

Any recommendations on a strong cleaner?

Removal of accumulated soiling and layers of aged products -to restore the surface to its original matte finish; use Leather Master™ Strong Cleaner or Optimum Power Clean ™, which can be diluted with distilled water to the required strength; do not apply any liquid cleaning product directly to the surface of finished leather, as it may ‘spot’ clean, leaving a lighter colour.
Apply cleaning products to a folded 100% cotton towel and then apply to the surface using light / medium pressure. Use a medium hard brush to permeate the grain, stitching and seams.

1Z einszett Plastic Deep Cleaner will work great.

Follow up with conditioner and protection cream.

Leather Master Vital
and Leather Master Protection Cream.

GWerks is infamous around these parts
Lexol leather cleaner has worked for me every time, if you want something more powerful you should try leatherique, the problem with leatherique is that you have to buy it online...

You need to approach it differently. At least that's what we do at my shop.

You want to safely and gradually remove the silicones in the hide.

This is achieved with using a mild cleaner, allowing the leather to dry out over several weeks, then repeating until the leather becomes matte and free of the chemicals in its hide.

We use lumiere leather cleaner, and it takes about 2-3 application to remove the most heavily contaminated leather bringing back the hide's natural and clean look. Lumiere is all natural and once the leather is clean, use a nice conditioner to protect it.
