I have read about people using a product like Meguiars Quick Detailer right after a wash to get a little more shine. Can this be done, and what is the process if it is useful? Wash , dry, spray and rinse is what I believe is being done by some, but wanted to check here.

I've not heard this use of it before. I use it for clay bar application, and sometimes to just get dust off of the car if im at a show or something.

 

Yea that is what I do.
wash, dry, drive around the block and the Griots Speed Shine to get the water spots off and for a little more shine. I also use Quick Mist when I am out of Speed Shine.
I also Speed Shine after I put a coat of wax on just to remove any left over wax.

 

I Rejex the car every 4 months and after I wash it with water only since it doesnt get too dirty I use quick detail.

Never had a problem. I dont wax over Rejex.
