Bird sh*t stain on VentureShield, help!

I just hand washed my car last night, but unfortunately there was a bird dropping on my ventureshield that will not completely come off. What remains is a white cloudy stain. Does anyone have suggestions on how to remove the stain properly? Thanks!

Try a VERY mild polish. Usually, Zymol HD Cleanse does it for me.

yes...it will remove the minor swirls and bring back the gloss...you need to follow it with some sort of liquid carnauba spray to protect.

It's amazing how sensitive the bra is, a PAPER TOWEL leaves marks. Will the Zymol / Caranuba application be sufficient enought to protect it? I keep this car in the city, so i'm really trying to limit the number of products that i have to buy for my garage attendant to store/use.

The Zymol HD Cleanse will clean the film and keep it soft; usually it dries out after a few months. You feel the difference on the area you treat with HD and untreated area. You then protect it Zymol Field Glaze. This is my routine. I'm sure there are other recommendations out there. There's another product called Plexus which is a good cleaner of film. You can then follow it up with Field Glaze.

I read on autopia that Isopropyl Alcohol would take the stain out, which it only partially did. I'm still left w/ paper towel scratches - ill try to post a photo tonight.

I am going to place an order today for Plexus and the Zymol products - hopefully the combination will work out. Thanks for the help.

No way to get rid of it but to take a thin layer of the clear coat polished (not waxed) off. The bird poop is very caustic and should be immediately wiped off. Once it dries out, no hope!
If you find a way of removing it without polishing it off, please let me know.
Thanks.
