wee bit of help on 430 pricing

Hope you guys or gals can help me out a tad...
i havent owned an ferrari in about 8 years, having focused mainly on american muscle cars and porsche the last few years.

anyway, a local dealer contacted me last week regarding an F430 f1. he had available he took back from a client
.
color black,
Daytona Style Seats
Shields
Yellow Brake Calipers
Red Stictching
Speedfilm bra protectant.
F1
he said it had 1100 miles.

what kind of pricing do these 430s get? its a 201,000 MSRP i believe? he wants some 39k over msrp.
any rush on that?

New ones are $30-40 over. I think a used one with minimum options should be, maybe, $20-25?

$240k for a F430 coupe is in line. He's got a little room in it. Black Interior with Red stitching on a black coupe would look fantastic. Buy it and have fun.

another 'what do you think?'

what r your thoguhts on this one: 2006 f1430, full boat, 245 msrp. cermic wazoo engine. interior. just about all the options.
wants 20 over. 1900 miles.
silver exterior.

question is: is such a high msrp a benefit or a thorn? do further buyers look for full specs like that or is it too much bling.? in the RS world, high msrps are ok, but then they go TOO far and its alot of pcm, deviated stitching, etc. that many look down at, as an unnecessary expense.
