is the White CS a Euro car?
what does <1k mis mean? Less than 1000 miles?
Depends on what you want in a car and what you are going to do with it.
This questions been answered in a number of threads Vincent is correct.
A white CS will hold value over the 430 over the years but the 08 430 must be priced a lot higher. Although the Red interior on white will bring the interested parties in the car way down. As Vince stated I'm partial to both of the cars

CS vs 430 topic comes up pretty frequently. I think it boils down to preferences but from depreciation point of view (CS vs Scud), these two vehicles are on a different depreciation curve, perhaps mostly affected by the recent economy. When CS was new back in 04, the MSRP was around $200k (assuming you can buy one at MSRP), and looking at the prices for the limited ones for sale today, a decent one, right color, well maintained, decent miles (maybe 10-12k miles), are listed from around 140-170k. Assuming average is sold for about 150k, that is still only 25% depreciation for about 5-6 years. For a comparable Scuderia, MSRP was $300k+, and currently can be had for maybe around $220-230k (and with a lot less miles), mostly 08s, some 09s. For a car that is 1-2 years old, we are looking also at 25% depreciation. Both car prices will continue to fall, but it is just interesting to me comparing the two. Both are very special vehicles with limited numbers imported to the US. The only assumption I can make is the supply/demand. Scuderia was introduced at a bad time in the economy, and with limited number of buyers, the inventory has just been sitting in the dealer's showroom. Someone I know purchased a Scud 4-5 months ago, at that time, almost every dealer in the country have 1-2 in stock, which has not been very Ferrari like historically.
It will be interesting to see how the depreciation curve will be in a couple of years for these vehicles...

Just saw this thread........if I had only one Ferrari and wanted to get as much use out of it as possible............I'd go with the 430. Its definitely more of a "street" car and doesn't pretend to be anything other. The CS IS also a street car but "wants" so bad to be a track/race car. Don't get me wrong, I love them both but depends on how you will use it.
