Unbelievable: 1984 Audi beats Ferrari Enzo!

...okay, it's a tuned 1984 Audi Quattro, but anyway. I think that's one hell of a bet: Ferrari Enzo vs. 1984 Audi Quattro. They both speed up to 100 km/h and the Audi wins:

Ferrari Enzo: 0-100 km/h in 3.94 sec.
Audi Quattro: 0-100 km/h in 3.77 sec.

Here's the link: CLICK!

Unfortunately the story is written in German... but maybe someone can translate some parts of it? Pics are worth a look anyway (for you English speaking guys...)

What happens to that brick over 100mph...later. Nice Quattro, though. Imagine what a 600+hp Group B Quattro must be like. I have an old video tape of one. On it, those things sound pissed!

The Enzo driver is rubbish. The 0-160kph time (circa 0-100mph) of over 8 seconds is way off the pace. Mosts test credit the Enzo with mid 6's.

Here's a much quicker street-legal Audi here in England, though it's not a quattro any more and it's certainly not an original engine. It does do 8.37sec quarters at 180mph though, on street tires and fully street legal

Driver weight was the key in this matchup.
